there should at minimum be listed:

observationInterpretation = https://terminology.hl7.org/5.4.0/CodeSystem-v3-ObservationInterpretation.html 

Ideally also the code system for identifier type (https://terminology.hl7.org/5.4.0/CodeSystem-v2-0203.html) should be here (while the value sets in FHIR are not pulling all of them in, it would be good to have the code system be the same.
