The Gender Harmony project participants are proud to send to TI WG and all our co-sponsors the publication preview of the Cross-Paradigm Gender Harmony Informative FHIR publication and the STU CDA template implementation guide. These two IGs were balloted together in Sept 2022 and we’ve resolved all comments. These two make up half of the GH cross-paradigm deliverables; the other two are the current FHIR R5 specification which contains the GH extensions, and V2.9.1 which went back out to ballot this cycle and you all hopefully have already reviewed. V2MG will manage the publication of the V2 standard, leaving these two for TI to send you with the hope of getting general review and then co-sponsor publication approvals, if possible, at the Sept WGM. Please send any requested typo-level edits to rmcclure@mdpartners.com. Any more substantive edits will need to be logged against the IGs and addressed in a future update. 

All are welcome, but co-sponsors please plan to attend the Gender Harmony (TI hosted) Monday Q4 session where we will review the material.
