The Multiple Chronic Condition (MCC) eCare Plan Implementation Guide is headed for its first STU ballot during the September 2023 Ballot period.

We are posting this ballot preview version (currently the CI Build) for the PC WG members, co-sponsoring WGs and others to review prior to voting on July 19th to approve taking it to FMG for QA review and approval.

Note that we still have some minor changes to make, and some errors to resolve and final tech edit QA. Some of the 15 errors are inherited /excused US Core errors.
