This document lists the 26 Conformance Criteria from the Care Provision portion of the EHR-S FM plus the 40 new Conformance Criteria added by POHR FP. During the meeting we will discuss a separate document that categorizes all the Conformance Criteria and suggests possible changes and additions to consider.
