This is from a request to clarify the CDA Publication Checklist item #1 and is reflected in today’s minutes (https://confluence.hl7.org/display/CDA/2022-09-07+CMG+Meeting+Notes). We decided not to implement but started writing some stuff.

CURRENT CHECKLIST #1

Confirm that any Open Issues present at the end of Ballot Reconciliation are documented in the Publication.

Confirms that the IG includes all Open Issues documented as remaining at the end of Ballot Reconciliation.

Identify any open issues documented on the Confluence page and not documented in the publication.

CHECKLIST #1 (IMPROVED FOR CLARITY?)

Confirm that:

Any issues remaining open from ballot are documented in the publication / IG
OR there are no open issues remaining from ballot (all tickets in status “Resolved” or “Applied”)

Confirm that:

Open issues (outside of ballot) are documented on a Confluence page or addressed in text of publication
(Question from group around this since how does this overlap with JIRA ticketing?)
