We voted yesterday to approve the HAI guide (here are the minutes: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/CDA/2022-07-13+CMG+Meeting+Notes). There were just a couple last pieces of discussion:

Does Lynn Laasko update the _readme.txt from “docx” to “pdf” file extensions when she publishes?
We thought that the title may need a minor adjustment. Some thought that the “D” designation was only for balloting not publication. Specifically

CDAR2_IG_HAIRPT_R4_D2
CDAR2_IG_HAIRPT_R4_STU2
We know that this is throughout a bunch of files, so you should verify before changing
