This is my first time going through the IG checklist, so apologies if the following seems like nitpicking. Here is what I found (and placed under CDAMG review here https://confluence.hl7.org/display/SD/HAI+R4D2%3A+CDA+IG+Quality+Checklist):

“CDAR2_IG_HAIRPT_R4_D2_V1_Introductory_Material.docx” should be “CDAR2_IG_HAIRPT_R4_D2_Vol1_Introductory_Material.docx”
Same applies to other 3 docx files

There is a NSHN gif not listed in _readme.txt. Does this need to be in xml folder of repo? Seems fine to be if so, but wanted to point out.

CONF 3357-23205 seems to apply to these two files, but I don’t see the required section+entry. This may be a schematron error. Can you investigate and let me know what you think? I’m sure you understand the guide a lot better than me.

NIB should be updated for fields in red:
R4D2 NIB: HL7 Implementation Guide for CDA® Release 2: Healthcare Associated Infection Reports (PI ID: 1192)
Request to confirm end date on the Publication request (2023, so less than 2 years) This may be right but we saw that it was only 1 year and wanted to verify with you
