Hello, CMG members! Today, Structured Documents group approved the publication request for HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: C-CDA R2.1 Supplemental Templates for Advance Directives, Release 1 STU2 - US Realm (https://confluence.hl7.org/display/SD/2022-03-24+Agenda+and+Minutes). 

As mentioned on yesterday’s CMG meeting, the publication request will need to go to an e-Vote for CMG. Below are the relevant links for the publication package, publication request, and the checklist. Please let me know if anything further is needed regarding this request.
